Three, Working Principle

The radar surface flow meter is based on the principle of pulse radar technology to measure the surface flow velocity of river and channel water bodies, and at the same time, it is used in combination with the radar water level sensor, which is installed at the regular section of open channel such as river channels and irrigation districts, to calculate the flow rate, that is, to measure the speed of water flow through the section and at the same time to measure the depth of the water body, and to calculate the flow rate of water flow through the section by mathematical geometric principles.

Heavy rain weather: When encountering heavy rain weather, radar waves are easily affected by the intensity of rain, resulting in large measurement errors.
